I wrote about it last year and really recommend this way, when making an iced-coffee. Thanks to that way, the aroma of the drink is more aromatic, the taste is more rich and less acidic. And it require less work, because you just have to put the ingredients in a jar or a jug, add water, stir and leave it to soak.
